A short rainforest loop featuring lush greenery, birdlife, and ancient fig trees in a World Heritage-listed forest. Bring some binoculars to spot any of 200 species of birds found in the rainforest, including the endangered Coxen’s fig-parrot.
Trail notes:
The trail is a 1km loop. It’s well-signed, beginning at the picnic area. A hard packed path throughout which is makes for an easy walk, however it can get muddy after rain. There is limited mobile phone coverage.
