2 Wild Souls Meadery
The Armand family moved from Mount Isa QLD to the New England Tablelands in 1982, focusing on cattle and their horses. The property sits on the Mole Granite, at an altitude of 1100 metres. When they first moved to this area, local bee farmers provided an abundance of chemical free honey in exchange for the use of their native timbered areas for their bee sites. Pierre’s family background is in France where they produced wines from the Provence and French Brittany regions, areas famous for ciders and mead.
